Every trade
can matter.

The mechanism

Two pools. One revenue model.

CANCER is planned to trade against both ETH and MRNA. Distributions come from net fees actually collected by the project’s own liquidity positions, not from total market volume.

01 / TRADING

Trading happens

Trades take place in the CANCER/ETH and CANCER/MRNA pools. Market activity determines each pool’s price.

02 / COLLECTION

Fees are collected

Only fees earned by project-owned liquidity positions are collected. Fees earned by other liquidity providers are excluded.

03 / ALLOCATION

Three destinations

Net fees are allocated: 50% to MRNA rewards, 25% to CANCER buybacks and burns, and 25% to treatment support. Each action will be documented.

Fee allocation

A purpose for
every fee.

These percentages apply only to net fees collected from project-owned liquidity. Rewards are variable and depend on actual fee income.

50%

MRNA rewards

This share is intended to acquire MRNA Stock Tokens for distribution to eligible CANCER holders in proportion to their period-based entitlement.

25%

CANCER buybacks & burns

This share is intended to buy CANCER on the open market and send it to a burn address. Completed transactions will be linked.

25%

Treatment support

Reserved for cancer treatment support, delivered directly or through an organization, foundation or other legal entity.

The mission

Real support.
Visible records.

The treatment allocation must be traceable. We distinguish funds set aside from payments actually made, with supporting records where they can be shared.

Delivered next

Actual payments to an eligible patient, institution or foundation are recorded with dates and amounts.

Privacy matters

Patient identities and health details are shared only with explicit consent.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Where will MRNA rewards come from?

50% of net fees collected from the project’s own CANCER/ETH and CANCER/MRNA liquidity positions are intended for MRNA token rewards. Opening a pool alone does not create rewards.

Does holding CANCER make me a Moderna shareholder?

No. CANCER is not Moderna stock. The planned MRNA reward is not a dividend paid by Moderna; it is a token distribution funded by this project’s own fees.

Are rewards fixed?

No. LP fee income, conversion prices and eligible balances can change. Distribution contracts and entitlement rules will be published before launch.

Who will receive treatment support?

Support may be delivered directly to eligible patients or through institutions, foundations and legal entities. Completed payments will be documented while protecting personal privacy.
